Great Britain's Ed McKeever reaches kayak single 200m final

Team GB's Ed McKeever will contest for a medal in the kayak single 200m final after finishing first in his semi-final heat.

The Brit stormed out of the blocks and maintained his lead as he crossed the finish line in the third-quickest time over the two semi-finals.

Maxime Beaumont for France, Hungary's Miklos Dudas and Germany's Ronald Rahude also qualified for tomorrow's final.

Mark De Jonge for Canada cruised to through the first semi-final, with Saul Craviotto Rivero, Marko Novakovic and Evgeny Salakhov.
