The Philadelphia 76ers have waived former number one Draft pick Kwame Brown after two years with the team.
The center was the first overall pick in the 2001 Draft, spending four seasons with the Washington Wizards before stints with a number of other teams in the NBA.
The 31-year-old, who has averaged 6.6 points per game, featured in just 22 games for the 76ers last season.
The Sixers also released Darius Moore, and signed free agent guards Elliot Williams and Lorenzo Brown.
