Kevin McHale "surprised" by Houston Rockets defeat

Kevin McHale has admitted that he was "surprised" by the Houston Rockets' heavy defeat in game three of the Western Conference finals.

In their first home game of the series against the Golden State Warriors, the Rockets were thrashed 115-80, leaving them 3-0 down.

McHale told ESPN: "I was surprised that we didn't come out with more. I thought we would come out with a little more juice."

The Warriors can secure a place in the Finals with a win in the next meeting between the two sides on Monday.
