Ennis wins 800m but loses gold

Great Britain's Jessica Ennis takes home the silver medal for the Indoor World Athletics Championships in Istanbul.

The 26-year-old won the final pentathlon 800m event with a four-second personal best of 2.08.09 but following a disappointing result in the long jump, the Brit relinquished the gold medal to Natallia Dobrynska.

The Ukrainian finished the race in third but reached a personal best of 2.11.15 in the 800m and racked up enough points to finish top of the group.

Dobrynska won gold with a world record of 5013 points, while Ennis finished with 4965 points and Austra Skujyte wins bronze on a score of 4802.
