Mickey Bushell wins gold in T53 100m

Great Britain's Mickey Bushell has won gold in the T53 100m after blowing away the opposition.

The Beijing silver-medallist got off to a great start and increased his lead all the way to the line, finishing with an excellent time of 14.75.

It was a new Paralympic record for the Brit, who was barely challenged by the silver-medal winner Zhao Yufei, who finished with a personal best of 15.09.

Yu Shiran, Zhao's Chinese teammate took bronze, crossing the line in 15.20.
