Mark Lewis-Francis is not selected to run the 100m at the World Championships later this month.

UK Athletics have decided not to select Mark Lewis-Francis for the 100m at the World Championships later this month.

The three spots available for the event have gone to Dwain Chambers, Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and Marlon Devonish.

Lewis-Francis, 28, has been selected in the 4X100m relay team in South Korea.

Meanwhile, Christine Ohuruogu has been selected to take part in the 400m despite finishing last in a recent Diamond League meeting.
