Traffic Report: Good travel to Olympic venues

The roads in Central London have a few medium delays around the Olympic Park. Travellers should avoid the A1211 and A3211 eastbound if possible; a bus fire is slowing the former and the latter is subject to Games traffic management.

On the London Underground, the Circle line at Barbican is currently closed due to a fire alert. Tickets will be valid on bus routes but travellers are advised to plan ahead in case the problem continues later.

For the sailing at Weymouth, there are currently no disruptions on the roads.

The roads are expected to get very busy ahead of the evening's athletics session, so travellers should avoid travel by car if at all possible.
