Every athlete who wins a medal at this summer's Olympics will be tested for drugs in the most thorough crackdown on banned substances ever seen in the Games' history.

Every athlete who wins a medal at this summer's Olympic Games will be tested for drugs.

London 2012 is expected to see the most thorough crackdown on the use of banned substances ever seen in the history of the Games.

Around half of the 14,000 sportsmen and women will also be tested throughout the two weeks.

The opening ceremony takes places from inside the Olympic Stadium on Friday, August 27.
