Ashleigh Nelson helps England to 4x100m bronze

Ashleigh Nelson carries the baton over the line as England win bronze in their 4x100m relay at the Commonwealth Games, with Jamaica claiming gold.

Team England's quartet of Asha Philip, Bianca Williams, Jodie Williams and Ashleigh Nelson have claimed Commonwealth Games bronze in the 4x100m relay final.

Nelson carried the baton over the finishing line in a time of 43.10s to seal third place on the podium behind Nigeria in second.

Meanwhile, Jamaica broke a Games record for the second time tonight in claiming gold in 41.83s.

They emulate their female compatriots of the 4x400m event, who clocked a Commonwealth best of 3:23.82.
