Michael Oher placed on season-ending injured reserve

The Tennessee Titans end the season of offensive tackle Michael Oher by placing him on injured reserve because of a toe problem.

The Tennessee Titans have announced that they have placed offensive tackle Michael Oher on season-ending injured reserve.

The Titans signed the 28-year-old in the off-season from the Baltimore Ravens and he played in 11 games for Ken Whisenhunt's men before he sustained a toe injury.

Oher's injury has been deemed serious enough to end his campaign with three weeks to play as a result of being place on IR.

Defensive end Khalid Wooten has replaced the tackle on the club's 53-man roster.
