Seattle Seahawks defensive back Kam Chancellor is confident that he will be back to his best in the 2015 campaign after his "strongest" off-season.
The 27-year-old struggled in the early part of the 2014 season due to his recovery from hip surgery, and then sustained a torn MCL before the Super Bowl, where he could not contain Rob Gronkowski in his side's narrow defeat.
However, after recovering from the injury during the early stages of the off-season, Chancellor now feels that he is back to his best form.
"I think this is the strongest off-season I've had since I've been in the league," he told reporters.
"I've been actually able to train in the off-season instead of having surgeries. I feel great. Back to football form. Feel fast. Feel strong. I just feel good out there."
Chancellor has recorded 398 tackles, two sacks and eight interceptions in his five years in the NFL.
