Tomlin: "It was an easy decision" to pick Bell

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has admitted that it was an "easy decision" for him to select Le'Veon Bell over Eddie Lacy in the 2013 Draft.

The Steelers selected Bell in the second round with the 48th pick, while Lacy went 13 selections later to the Green Bay Packers and has had an excellent rookie season, reaching over 1,000 yards, 482 more on the ground than Bell.

Tomlin told reporters: "It was an easy decision for me. Obviously, Lacy's a top-quality back, but probably it's a matter of preference -- just like I'm sure Cincinnati went through the same discussions and thoughts when they took Giovani Bernard in front of both of them."

Pittsburgh face the Packers on Sunday in their week 16 clash.
