Report: Pittsburgh Steelers Le'Veon Bell suspension reduced to two matches

A report suggests that Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell has had his suspension for violating the NFL's policy regarding substances of abuse reduced to two matches.

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell has reportedly had his suspension reduced from three to two matches by the NFL.

The 22-year-old was banned by the league for violating its policy of substances of abuse after he was arrested for marijuana possession and driving under the influence in August 2014.

However, Bell and his representatives have come to an agreement with the NFL through a settlement to reduce his suspension by one match, reports USA Today.

The running back will still miss his side's matches against the New England Patriots and the San Francisco 49ers, but will return for their clash against the St Louis Rams in week three.
