Rob Gronkowksi and Danny Amendola will miss the New England Patriots' clash with the Atlanta Falcons as they continue to recover from their respective injuries.

The New England Patriots will be without Rob Gronkowski and Danny Amendola for their clash with the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL, according to a report.

Both players have been struggling with injuries, as Gronkowski is still recovering from forearm and back surgeries in the off-season, while Amendola injured his groin in their season opener.

The duo have not made the trip with the team to Atlanta and as a result will miss the game, giving themselves another week to heal up ahead of their next encounter against the Cincinnati Bengals, reports ESPN.

The Patriots are 3-0 going into week four of their season.
