NFL confirms early kickoffs for three Wembley matches

The NFL announces that all three of the games played at Wembley Stadium in the International Series in the 2015 season will have early afternoon kickoffs.

The NFL has confirmed that all three of the games in the International Series at Wembley in the 2015 season will kick off in the early afternoon in the United Kingdom.

The league confirmed that once again there would be three matches played at Wembley Stadium following the success of the three games featured in the 2014 season.

However, the NFL has now announced that the matches will all kick off at 9.30am ET in the United States, meaning the matches between the New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins, and the Detroit Lions and the Kansas City Chiefs will start at 2.30pm in the UK.

Daylight saving time in the UK means that the match between the Buffalo Bills and the Jacksonville Jaguars will kick off at 1.30pm, but remain at the same time in the US.

The match between the Atlanta Falcons and the Detroit Lions at Wembley in the 2014 campaign became the first game to kick off at 9.30am in the States in the history of the NFL.
