The Kansas City Chiefs have announced that John Dorsey is to be their new general manager.
The Green Bay Packers' director of football operations replaces Scott Pioli, who left the organisation earlier this month.
The former linebacker previously worked with new Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, when Reid was an assistant coach at the Packers in the 1990s.
The Chiefs finished the 2012 regular NFL season with the worst record in the league, having won just two games.
