Mincey sidelined with possible concussion

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Jeremy Mincey has been sidelined with a possible concussion, according to Fox Sports.

Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said that Mincey sat out Friday's training session with a "head contusion" he suffered the previous day and went to see a neurologist.

If if is found that Mincey has indeed suffered a concussion, then he will be sidelined for several days in order to go through the NFL's recovery process.

Mincey has started 40 consecutive Jaguars games and 2013 will be his seventh season in the NFL.
