Justin Blackmon available for Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jacksonville Jaguars have confirmed that Justin Blackmon has returned to the team's active roster after serving a four-game suspension.

The wide receiver missed the start of the season after breaching the league's substance abuse policy.

The 23-year-old set a franchise record for most receiving yards by a rookie in 2013, recorded 865 yards and five touchdowns.

The Jaguars, who are still looking for their first win of 2013, face the St Louis Rams later today.
