Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is adamant the 2015 season will not be a "farewell tour" to end his career.
The 39-year-old refused to rule out retirement from the NFL following his side's exit from the playoffs in the divisional round at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts.
Manning was also reportedly struggling with a quadriceps injury towards the end of the campaign, which limited his ability to throw downfield.
However, the five-time NFL MVP opted to return for the 2015 season under new head coach Gary Kubiak and has dismissed claims that it could be his final year playing in the league.
Manning told reporters: "I don't see it as a farewell tour. I'm not interested in answering questions about how old I am. [I feel] good physically."
Manning threw for 4,727 yards and 39 touchdowns to 15 interceptions in the 2014 season.
