Jerry Jones "excited" about London match

Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones is "excited" by the prospect of playing a regular season game in London for the first time next season.

Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones has expressed his excitement at having the chance to take his team to play in London next season.

The Cowboys will face the Jacksonville Jaguars on November 4 at Wembley Stadium as one of three regular season games to visit the English capital in 2014.

Dallas have played at the old Wembley twice before, in 1986 and 1993, but next season's match will be their first international regular season game ever, and Jones is looking forward to it.

"We're very anxious and we got to play there in [1993[ for a pre-season game not a regular-season game there in Wembley. I'm very excited about it," Jones told Sky Sports News.

Jones also gave his backing to an NFL team being set up in London.
