John Daly makes bold Darren McFadden 2015 season prediction

PGA Tour golfer and lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan John Daly has spoken of his hope for the upcoming NFL season.

Daly, who was answering fan questions in between wind-delayed rounds at the British Open, has high hopes for the NFC East side as they try to reach the post-season once again.

Speaking via The Dallas Morning News, Daly said: "I love them all - the Cowboys roster.

"Actually, Romo is my buddy. Also, I'm glad we signed Dez Bryant.

"I think we have the best offense line in NFL football coming up and Darren McFadden is going to roll. He is going to have over 2,000 yards, is my prediction."

Daly's bold prediction for McFadden comes off the back of a 2014 season in which ex-Cowboy DeMarco Murray led in the league in both carries and rushing yards, with 392 and 1,845 respectively.
