Travis Frederick signs a five-year deal with the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas Cowboys' first-round draft pick Travis Frederick has agreed to a new five-year contract with the franchise.

The deal Frederick has signed is worth £6.5m for an initial four years, with an option of a fifth year, according to ESPN.

The centre, who is the final Cowboys draft pick to agree extended terms, is expected to compete with Phil Costa for a starting place during the 2013 season.

His contract also includes a £2.2m signing bonus.
