AJ Green not worried about contract

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver AJ Green reveals that he is not concerned about his contract despite going into the final year of his rookie deal next season.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver AJ Green has revealed that he is not concerned about his contract at the moment.

Green has one year left to run on his rookie deal, but the club have the option to add another year onto his stay in Cincinnati for the 2015 season.

However, the 24-year-old's performances over the first three years of his career have warranted a pay rise, similar to that handed out to defensive tackle Geno Atkins earlier this season.

"Anybody would like to have it done," Green told ESPN. "I'm not in any financial debt, so no rush."

The Bengals crashed out of the playoffs following their 27-10 defeat to the San Diego Chargers.
