Mario Williams unfazed by changes at Buffalo Bills

Buffalo Bills defensive end Mario Williams insists that he and his teammates are not fazed by the third change to their coaching staff in as many seasons.

Buffalo Bills defensive end Mario Williams has insisted that he and his teammates will not be fazed by yet another change to the club's coaching staff.

The 30-year-old will be playing under his third head coach and defensive coordinator in as many seasons at the AFC East outfit as Rex Ryan and Dennis Thurman have joined the club.

However, Williams is adamant that he and the other defenders at the club will be able to move on swiftly but will also take the lessons learned from former coordinator Jim Schwartz into the 2015 campaign.

"We all understand that part of the game," Williams told reporters. "Things change, personnel change, obviously coaches change.

"We pretty much just take from what we learned from Schwartz and kind of keep it going. I mean, that's the only way you can do it in this league, because it's pretty much a revolving door."

Williams recorded 42 tackles, 14.5 sacks and two forced fumbles with the Bills last season.
