Baltimore Ravens complete trade for Jeremy Zuttah

The Baltimore Ravens complete trade deal for offensive lineman Jeremy Zuttah from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in exchange for a late-round 2015 Draft pick.

The Baltimore Ravens have secured a trade deal to land center Jeremy Zuttah from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Ravens struggled to run the ball last season and made rebuilding their offensive line a priority, and have made the move to send a late-round pick in the 2015 Draft to the Bucs for the 27-year-old.

"We said at the beginning of the off-season that we would be adding quality players to our line and Jeremy fits that description," general manager Ozzie Newsome told the club's official website.

"We are getting a player who has started at both center and guard, and played well at each position. We're excited to have him as a Raven and believe he can play a significant role for us."

Zuttah was selected in the third round of the 2008 Draft by the Buccaneers.
