Report: Atlanta Falcons to make push to sign Justin Forsett

A report suggests that the Atlanta Falcons will move to sign Justin Forsett in free agency if he fails to agree a new deal with the Baltimore Ravens.

The Atlanta Falcons will reportedly make a strong push to sign Justin Forsett if the running back reaches the free-agent market.

The 29-year-old had an impressive season for the Baltimore Ravens in 2014 as he was voted to the Pro Bowl after revitalising his stuttering career.

However, Forsett and the Ravens are yet to agree to a new contract, which could see the back become a free agent when the league year officially ends on March 10.

The Falcons are ready to swoop for Forsett to bolster their backfield as Steven Jackson and Jacquizz Rodgers are set to leave the club, claims ESPN.

Forsett recorded 1,266 rushing yards last season along with eight touchdowns.
