Arizona Cardinals confirm one-year Jermaine Gresham deal

Jermaine Gresham signs for the Arizona Cardinals on a one-year deal after being allowed to leave the Cincinnati Bengals at the end of the 2014 season.

The Arizona Cardinals have confirmed that they have signed tight end Jermaine Gresham on a one-year deal.

The 27-year-old was available on the free agent market after he was allowed to leave the Cincinnati Bengals at the end of the 2014 season.

A herniated disc prevented the tight end from signing with teams earlier in the off-season, but he has now proved his fitness to Bruce Arians and the Cardinals to secure a one-year contract at the NFC West side.

Gresham has recorded 280 receptions for 2,722 yards and 24 touchdowns in his five years in the NFL.
