Steve Keim praises head coach Bruce Arians

Arizona Cardinals general manager Steve Keim has praised head coach Bruce Arians for his excellent first season at the club.

Arians's side just missed the playoffs despite winning 10 games during the regular season - a complete turnaround from the 2012 campaign when they won just five games under Ken Whisenhunt.

Keim told the club's official website: "I haven't been around many coaches during my time in this business that have the ability to drive players to almost a breaking point and yet at the end of the day these guys love him and want to play for him."

Arizona finished third in the NFC West.
