Italy's Frank Chamizo Marquez has said that he is "furious" with his display in his defeat in the men's 65kg freestyle wrestling final at the European Games.
The 22-year-old was forced to settle for a silver medal after he lost his gold-medal encounter with Azerbaijan's Togrul Asgarov 5-0 at the Heydar Aliyev Arena.
He told reporters: "I am very furious because for me, this silver feels like I finished last. I did the impossible and made it to the final, and then I lose it and now this silver feels like I'm in the bottom.
"I have cried because I've felt so bad, it's a terrible disaster. There is still a long way to go.
"I am so angry because it was completely my own fault that I lost, but I have my whole life ahead of me. I'm not even 23 and have many more competitions to do."
Italy have won seven medals at the Games.
