Andy Murray: 'No Amelie Mauresmo rift'

Andy Murray insists that he has not fallen out with coach Amelie Mauresmo after she watched the loss to Grigor Dimitrov from a different part of the stadium to his team.

Andy Murray has rubbished the suggestion that his relationship with coach Amelie Mauresmo has reached breaking point.

Mauresmo watched the world number two's defeat to Grigor Dimitrov at the Miami Open last night in a different part of the stadium to the rest of Murray's team, which sparked rumours that the pair had fallen out.

However, the Scot has insisted that the switch was designed to improve his concentration levels.

"I've just been trying to find different ways to improve my focus on the court," he told reporters.

"I also did the same thing at the O2 Arena as well, so I'm trying to find different ways to improve and that's something I've tested to see if that might help.

"If I'd had a falling out then Amelie wouldn't be here at the tournament. We had dinner with all our families last night, so we certainly haven't fallen out."

Two-time Grand Slam champion Mauresmo has been Murray's coach since June 2014.
