London Irish score three tries to take a 26-6 win over Worcester Warriors in the Aviva Premiership.

London Irish have secured a comfortable 26-6 win over Worcester Warriors in the Aviva Premiership this afternoon.

The home side made a fast start to the match, as Matt Garvey and Halani Aulika both crossed the try line inside the opening 20 minutes.

Tom Homer seemed to struggle early in the first half, missing the two conversions, but he found his accuracy to add two penalties before half time for the Exiles.

Chris Hala'ufia added the Exiles' third try of the game at the start of the second half, before Homer added another penalty.

Both sides made a series of changes, with Warriors looking to get back in the game, but neither could add to their scores inside the last 30 minutes of the tie.

The result moves London Irish 10 points clear of the bottom of the table, following London Welsh's five-point deduction, while Worcester sit ninth.
