Jonathan Davies wary of Manu Tuilagi danger

Wales centre Jonathan Davies admits that he is wary of the threat posed by fit-again Manu Tuilagi ahead of the Six Nations clash with England at Twickenham.

Wales centre Jonathan Davies has talked up the qualities of England's Manu Tuilagi ahead of Saturday's Six Nations showdown between the two sides at Twickenham.

Tuilagi has been named in the England squad following a 21-month spell away from the international stage due to injuries, and is expected to feature off the bench when the only remaining unbeaten sides in this season's competition go head to head.

Davies will come up against the Leicester Tigers centre should that happen, and he is wary of the threat that the 24-year-old will pose.

"I have played with him before, and he is extremely strong and powerful, but he has great subtleties in his game as well," he is quoted as saying by PA.

"I am sure they would want to throw him in there on Saturday, but whether they do is down to them. He has shown in the past that he has little subtleties - his offloading game, and stuff like that.

"Obviously, he is hard to bring down when he gets going, but he creates space for other people because of the threats he has. Whoever they put in, you have just got to make sure you prepare well and get ready mentally and physically, because you know you are in for a tough day at the office."

England could win the Six Nations title with a game to spare this weekend if they beat Wales and Scotland overcome France.
