Women label footballers 'vain, self-absorbed' in survey

Footballers have reportedly been placed at the bottom of a list of the professions that women find the most attractive in men.

Dating website IllicitEncounters.com, who carried out the survey, found that only 1% of women were attracted to footballers, while musicians and artists topped the list with 32%.

Footballers were regarded by voters as having a bad reputation and were seen as too vain, over-confident and self-absorbed, according to the Daily Mail.

Teachers, doctors, journalists and men in the financial sector were all deemed attractive to the female participants.
