Victor Lindelof fiancee: Manchester United prices "disgusting"

The fiancee of Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof has hit out at the price of corporate hospitality at Old Trafford, describing it as "disgusting".

Maja Nilsson made the comments in her podcast, Life in the Stands, as she reflected on how she and her fiance are settling in to life with United following his £31m summer switch from Benfica.

Corporate suites at United are available for between £24,000 and £82,000 a season and, despite Lindelof taking home £120,000 a week, Nilsson is resentful at the high price he has had to pay for her to enjoy a luxurious matchday experience.

"Players have the option to rent a box," she told listeners. "I'm not even going to tell you for how much, but a disgusting amount.

"If you don't buy one you're considered a loser. But having a box is wonderful. You get your own waiter."

Lindelof has yet to feature for United in the Premier League but has been used in the Champions League and EFL Cup.
