Elland Road hosts new world record lesson

Leeds United's football ground Elland Road has today been the host of a world-record maths lesson.

Television presenter Johnny Ball took charge of the lesson for a world-record audience of over 7,000 Yorkshire schoolchildren.

The new Guinness World Record was attended by kids from 130 schools, as well as a number of Leeds's first-team players, according to ITV.com.

The football stadium has been the home of Championship side Leeds since 1919.
