Report: Arsenal ban youth player's mother for hitting member of staff

The mother of 17-year-old Arsenal player Ainsley Maitland-Niles is reportedly banned from the club's training ground for hitting chief negotiator Dick Law.

Arsenal have reportedly banned the mother of youth player Ainsley Maitland-Niles after she allegedly hit chief negotiator Dick Law.

Jule Niles is believed to have struck Law before threatening to drag her son off the pitch during an Under-21 fixture at the Gunners' London Colney training ground last month.

According to The Telegraph, the mother of the 17-year-old will no longer be able to visit the training facility. Police were called following the incident, but no charges were made.

Maitland-Niles has already mixed with the first team this season as he made a substitute appearance during Arsenal's 4-1 win over Galatasaray in the Champions League back in December.
