Sunderland, Stoke, Norwich and Wolves all monitoring Pierre Xavier Fonkeu?

As many as four English clubs are reportedly monitoring Club Brugge forward Pierre Xavier Fonkeu ahead of a potential bid later in the transfer window.

Club Brugge forward Pierre Xavier Fonkeu has reportedly emerged as a possible transfer target for a number of clubs in England.

The 19-year-old is yet to break into the first team at his Belgian club, but it appears that a transfer to England is on the horizon.

According to Voetbalnieuws, Stoke City, Sunderland, Norwich City and Wolverhampton Wanderers have all shown an interest in the youngster.

It has been claimed that Fonkeu has already arrived in England to speak to potential new clubs and a deal could be reached in the near future.

It appears likely that Fonkeu will spend time with the second-string setup, regardless of his eventual destination.
