Batth praises Jackett after Wolves exit

Club captain Danny Batth has praised the "determination and professionalism" of Kenny Jackett and Joe Gallen after it was announced that they had left Wolverhampton Wanderers.

On Friday night, the Championship club announced that Jackett had departed Molineux after three years in charge, and he has been followed by Gallen who was his assistant during his time in the West Midlands.

During Jackett's time at the club, Batth was promoted to the position of club skipper, and the centre-back wasted little time in commenting on the departure of his former boss.

Wolves announced on Saturday morning that former Sampdoria manager Walter Zenga had replaced Jackett.
