Goals from Nicky Maynard and Martyn Waghorn were enough for the Latics as they brushed aside the Yorkshire outfit at the DW Stadium.

Maynard opened the scoring with 10 minutes of the first half remaining when Jean Beausejour laid it on a plate for the striker to turn home from close range.

Chris McCann struck an effort just over the bar on the half-hour mark before Martyn Waghorn headed home James McClean's corner towards the end of the first half.
