Tottenham Hotspur sign AZ Alkmaar striker Vincent Janssen

Tottenham Hotspur have announced that they have completed the signing of AZ Alkmaar striker Vincent Janssen for an undisclosed fee.

Since the end of last season, Mauricio Pochettino's side have been strongly linked with the forward, and the North London outfit have secured his signature on a four-year deal subject to international clearance.

The 22-year-old spent just one season in the Dutch top flight but his 27 goals helped AZ to a fourth-place finish in the table, as well as earning himself a call-up to the Netherlands squad.

Janssen joins midfielder Victor Wanyama in making the switch to White Hart Lane this summer.
