Vicente del Bosque: 'One or two spots up for grabs'

Spain boss Vicente del Bosque admits that he is still undecided on his starting XI for La Roja's World Cup Group B opener against Netherlands next Friday.

Spain boss Vicente del Bosque has revealed that he is not yet fully decided on his starting XI for their World Cup Group B opener against Netherlands next Friday.

La Roja face El Salvador in their final warm-up match this evening, with Del Bosque due to assess the fitness of those that participated in the Champions League final towards the end of last month.

"We've decided on nine or 10 players and there are two doubts, which is normal," Del Bosque told Radio Marca.

Spain enter this summer's tournament as the holders, but no European team has ever won the competition on South American soil.
