Spanish Football Federation president Angel Maria Villar has reportedly made an offer to stage Euro 2012 this summer.
The tournament, which starts next month, is scheduled to be co-hosted by Ukraine and Poland, but last week's bombings in Dnipropetrovsk have sparked serious security concerns.
UEFA are reportedly open to the idea of the postponing the event for a year if the political situation becomes more unstable, but Villar reportedly offered to stage the competition, according to Onda Cero.
Euro 2012 is due to start on June 8.
