Serbian striker Milan Jovanovic is facing a five-year ban from football for making a gun gesture at the crowd, according to The Sun.
Jovanovic aimed an imaginary machine gun at away fans after scoring for Anderlecht at Bruges.
The 30-year-old will now be investigated by Belgian authorities for incitement to hatred and anger.
Jovanovic moved to Anderlecht from Liverpool in August after making only 10 starts for the Reds.
