The race for the Premier League title may now be over following Chelsea's triumph last weekend, but there is still plenty to play for elsewhere as we head into the closing weeks of the season.
Liverpool and Manchester United, who are in what appears to be a straight shootout for the fourth and final Champions League place, face trips of varying difficulty as they take on Chelsea and Crystal Palace respectively.
Elsewhere in the higher reaches of the division, Arsenal welcome a bogey side of sorts in Swansea City, while dethroned champions Manchester City will be looking to push on ahead of next year when they host Queens Park Rangers.
QPR are being cut further adrift from safety with each passing week, and it is a similar story for Burnley who are now eight points off 17th place ahead of their trip to face Hull City.
Meanwhile, Sunderland will be hoping to record back-to-back wins for the first time this term when they face Everton, West Ham United will attempt to put and end to their away-day blues at Aston Villa, and Tottenham Hotspur will be eager to improve on a poor recent return when they face off against Stoke City.

Everton have lost just one of their last 14 league games at Goodison Park (W7 D6 L1), winning the last four in a row.
Sunderland have failed to score in seven of their last 14 Premier League matches against the Toffees and have netted only eight goals in total during that run.
The last seven goals Everton have scored in this fixture have been netted between the 75th and 81st minute.

Christian Benteke, the Premier League Player of the Month for April, has been involved in 11 of Villa's last 16 league goals (10 goals, one assist).

Just seven players have scored a goal for Burnley in the Premier League this season; a lower spread than at any other club.

Leicester City vs. Southampton

Leicester have won five of their last six Premier League games, which is as many victories as they had collected in their previous 39 top-flight matches.
Southampton have kept just one clean sheet in the five games since Fraser Forster got injured.
Jose Fonte has made the most interceptions in the league this season (108).
The Foxes have kept three clean sheets in their last four games, equalling the number that they kept in their previous 19.
Newcastle United vs. West Bromwich Albion

Victor Anichebe has scored more Premier League goals against Newcastle than he has versus any other opponent (4), while the returning Papiss Cisse has scored three goals in just 199 minutes against West Brom.
John Carver's side have won just one of their eight games at St James' Park under his guidance (W1 D2 L5), losing the last four in a row.
Newcastle have only ever lost five home games in a row once before in their league history (October 1953 when they lost six on the trot).
Chris Brunt has a league-high eight assists from set pieces this season in the Premier League.
Stoke City vs. Tottenham Hotspur

Harry Kane's goals have won more points (22) than any other Premier League player this season.
