Paul Pogba tells fans not to "believe everything you read" in Adidas clip

Pogba: "Don't believe everything you read"

Paul Pogba has seemingly addressed the transfer speculation surrounding him by telling people not to "believe everything you read" in a short clip for sportswear giants Adidas.

The France international is believed to be the subject of a world-record breaking transfer fee, thought to be close to £100m.

Manchester United are the club reportedly at the centre of these negotiations, but their £85m bid was recently knocked back by the Italian giants.

Some reports have claimed that Pogba has already agreed personal terms with United, who allowed him to leave on a free transfer to Juve in 2012, but it is understood that the clubs are in a stand-off with regards to the fee due to be paid to the midfielder's agent Mino Raiola.

Meanwhile, Zinedine Zidane has indicated that Real Madrid are still interested in the 23-year-old.

In a clip uploaded to Adidas's Twitter page, Pogba can be seen reading a newspaper with the words 'blah, blah, blah' written on a page, which could be referring to Raiola's recent tweet, in which he wrote: "There is no deal done regarding Paul Pogba, lots of bla bla bla."

The clip ends with the midfielder saying: "Don't believe everything you read in the papers."
