David de Gea pays tribute to Ibrahimovic

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has called "imposing" Zlatan Ibrahimovic "very strong" and hailed the Swede's ability to score decisive goals.

Ibrahimovic has made an impressive start to life at Old Trafford, scoring four times in his first four competitive matches, including three times in three Premier League games at the start of the 2016-17 campaign.

De Gea has claimed that the striker's sheer size makes him a threat and also branded the 34-year-old's ball control "incredible".

"When you see Zlatan up close, he's even more imposing than on the television," De Gea told The Guardian. "Zlatan is very, very big, very strong and his control of the ball is incredible. It can seem like he's not there, he's not there, and then he goes and scores the decisive goal."

Man United will welcome Manchester City to Old Trafford for the Manchester derby on Saturday afternoon.
