Bailly: Communication improving "little by little"

Eric Bailly has admitted that communication between Manchester United's defenders is an issue, but he is undergoing English lessons to help improve matters.

The 22-year-old has settled in well during the early months of his Old Trafford career, integrating alongside Daley Blind and Chris Smalling in the heart of defence.

Bailly, who already speaks Spanish and French, is hopeful that he can break down the language barrier further in the coming months by taking lessons in his spare time.

"There are players who speak Spanish and French and they help me integrate," ESPN quotes him as saying. "I've just started having English classes, too. Little by little.

"It's important for the other players to have confidence in you. It was my dream since being a child to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world and now I'm here, I'm going to take that chance."

Bailly has made 10 appearances for the Red Devils since joining in a £30m deal from Villarreal in June.
