Wilfried Bony 'unsure' of Manchester City future

Wilfried Bony admits that he is 'unsure' whether he will represent Manchester City again after leaving the club on loan in the summer.

Wilfried Bony has admitted that he is 'unsure' whether he will represent Manchester City again after leaving the club on loan in the summer transfer window.

Bony made the move to Stoke City on transfer deadline day after Man City boss Pep Guardiola informed the striker that his chances would be limited at the Etihad this season.

The Ivorian international has insisted that he is only focusing on helping Stoke this season and 'does not know' whether his Man City career is over following the move to the Britannia Stadium.

"I spoke to my agent and to Pep [Guardiola], and to me it was clear to have the opportunity to play one season without an injury," Bony told Sky Sports News. "I had the opportunity to come here [to Stoke] and to play, and that was the best thing.

"I have a contract with Man City. I am on loan here and I want to do my best, so I am focused on Stoke. The rest I don't know what will happen but the most important thing for me is to focus on where I am now."

Former Swansea City forward Bony has not yet found the back of the net in two appearances for Stoke.
