James Milner wants Manchester City stay

Manchester City midfielder James Milner has insisted that he does not want to leave in the summer.

The 28-year-old's current contract with the Premier League outfit runs out at the end of next season.

"I want to play every game but I know that's not possible at Manchester City," The Mirror quotes the England international as saying.

"I love being here, even though there is great competition for places, and I would love to stay."

Milner joined City from Aston Villa in 2010.
