Stevan Jovetic wants ex-Man City teammates Yaya Toure, Pablo Zabaleta at Inter

Former Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic urges his ex-teammates Yaya Toure and Pablo Zabaleta to join him at Inter Milan.

Stevan Jovetic has revealed that he would like Inter Milan to sign his former teammates Yaya Toure and Pablo Zabaleta from Manchester City.

Toure and Zabaleta are among those rumoured to be on their way out of City when Pep Guardiola takes over this summer, and Jovetic is keen for them to join him at Inter.

The Montenegrin forward told Corriere dello Sport: "Toure and Zabaleta are among the strongest in the world and would be useful to any team, even Inter.

"This year [Zabaleta] has had many muscle problems but when I was at City he was always well and played great."

Jovetic, 26, struggled to make an impact during his time with City between 2013 and 2015.
